I, _____________, understand that Veterinary NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques) as taught by Dr. Rahmie Valentine or her affiliated assistants, is a medical procedure and methodology that consists of a diagnostic and treatment component. In consideration of the aforementioned training that I will be receiving, I understand and agree to the following:
- I understand that it is unlawful for anyone other than a veterinarian to touch an animal in a medical manner unless working under direct supervision of a veterinarian. Therefore, I understand that the practice of Veterinary NAET by a non-veterinarian on an animal other than their own, whether or not monetary remuneration is accepted, is unlawful and may led to civil and/or criminal sanctions.
- I understand, acknowledge and agree to utilize Veterinary NAET to the best of my intention in my practice, as I have been taught by Dr. Rahmie Valentine . I understand any deviation from the simple and direct method that I am taught at this workshop is not Veterinary NAET.
- If I choose to deviate from the exact methodology of Veterinary NAET, I shall further agree to the following:
- I accept the consequence of losing the Veterinary NAET referral service listing.
- I will not mislead clients into thinking that I am a certified Veterinary NAET practitioner, if I do not provide the exact Veterinary NAET treatment as I have been taught by Dr. Rahmie Valentine.
- Since Muscle Response Testing (MRT) is the most important part of Veterinary NAET diagnostics, I will not practice Veterinary NAET on patients until I am proficient in MRT.
- I acknowledge that in the course of Veterinary NAET training, I have been or will be furnished confidential information. I agree to hold all disclosed confidential, proprietary information or trade secrets in trust and confidence. The failure to do so will constitute a breach of the Agreement.
- If I choose to utilize the Veterinary NAET methodology in my rightfully licensed, recognized or sanctioned professional practice, or in my personal use with my own animals, I agree to fully and unconditionally defend and hold harmless Veterinary NAET, Dr. Rahmie Valentine and any successor, from any loss, liability claim, legal action or suit arising from or incurred in connection with the following:
A. Any Veterinary NAET treatments administered in my professional or personal practice.
B. My experiences or actions occurring during the instruction of Veterinary NAET.
- I agree that the information described in the copyrighted manuals of the Veterinary NAET method, and disclosed by Dr. Rahmie Valentine, and shall be used only for the purpose of practicing Veterinary NAET. I will not use this information for any other purpose nor disclose it in any form, to any third party without the written consent of Dr. Valentine.
- Upon any breach of this agreement, the undersigned further agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees necessary to enforce this agreement. This agreement shall be unlimited in its duration.
