1. An applicant must have an active veterinary license to practice in his/her state (or country) residence.

-OR-
2. An applicant must be an employed and or practicing veterinary technician. An applicant must also be affiliated and consulting directly with a licensed practicing veterinarian. This affiliation will be confirmed prior to the acceptance of the application.

-OR-
S3. An applicant must be a certified NAET licensed primary health care provider (e.g.M.D., D.C., L.Ac., DDS, N.D., D.O., etc). Also be affiliated and consulting directly with a licensed practicing veterinarian. This affiliation will be confirmed prior to the acceptance of the application.

-AND-
4. An applicant must sign the attached affidavit.

Given that all of the above criteria are met, the final decision is at the discretion of the instructors as to who may enroll and attend the Veterinary NAET workshops This may include roundtables or other such discussions of precise Veterinary NAET protocol or techniques.
